Product Description :
This type of yogurt, called set or unstirred yogurt, is the old and original way of making yogurt.
In this technic, the mixture is poured into a packaging container and yogurt is formed in the same container after adding beneficial bacteria (starter) to the milk. The result is a yogurt that undergoes the stages of gelling (warming/fermentation) and then cooling in a packaging container, and its texture takes the shape of the container.
This yogurt can be used to prepare a variety of dressings for salads, stews, and soups. This product has a spoonable texture, and when consumed, a little water collects on its surface, which is due to the type of processing it is made of.
Gela's moulded yogurts come in three types of low-fat with 1.4% fat, and high-fat with 3.2% and 4.4% fat.
