Yogurt is a product of lactic fermentation of pasteurized milk with yogurt-initiating bacteria. High-fat glaze yogurt is in the category of molded yogurts and undergoes the process of jelly (heating / fermentation) and subsequent cooling in the packaging container, and its texture takes the shape of the container. The unique feature of this product is the use of ultrafiltration (UF) technology in its construction, due to which it has higher soluble proteins and a more stable texture compared to ordinary yogurts.

Transportation and maintenance:

Store at 4 to 6 degrees Celsius. Cold chain is observed in transportation.
